Bobcats Set for Sandhurst FC Lewis & Ethan Memorial Tournament

The countdown is on as Windlesham United Bobcats prepare to take part in the Sandhurst FC Lewis & Ethan Memorial Tournament on Saturday 29th August.

The tournament provides an excellent opportunity for the Bobcats to continue their preparations ahead of the new season, giving the players valuable game time against a variety of opposition in a fun and competitive environment.

Hosted annually by Sandhurst FC, the tournament honours the memories of Lewis and Ethan while raising money for Cardiac Risk in the Young (C.R.Y.), a charity dedicated to preventing young sudden cardiac deaths through awareness, screening and research. The event has become a popular fixture in the pre-season calendar, bringing grassroots clubs together for an important cause.

For the Bobcats, the day is about much more than results. It will be another chance to develop confidence, build teamwork and continue adapting to the challenges of the new season. Every match will provide valuable learning opportunities as the squad continues its development.
